As a Technical Officer Learning Environments you will:

• Provide a range of administrative services to Deakins online Learning Management systems for SEBE units and courses.
• Develop and maintain effective online learning environments that ace accessible reliable and support learning.
• Provide advise support and assistance on learning environments and technologies to all staff users in the Faculty.
• Analyse and report on the use of digital learning technologies to inform teaching and learning approaches.
• Introduce innovation to learning environments and investigate new and emerging learning technologies and approaches to ensure a student-centred experience.

To be successful youll have:

• A Degree in IT with subsequent relevant experience; or Extensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; or
• An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Experience in providing user support on technologies and environments.
• Ability to investigate and resolve technical problems and issues in short timeframes and under pressure.
• Experience with learning management systems or similar IT systems and ability to investigate emerging technologies.
