Job Summary
Job Title:Certified Nursing Assistant
Location:Phoenix AZ
Pay:$1000.50 per week
Shift:Days/Nights
Schedule:12-hour shifts (6:00 AM 6:30 PM) 40 hours per week alternating weekends required

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing dressing toileting and mobility
- Support nursing staff with medical procedures including post-operative and post-mortem care
- Take and monitor vital signs; collect samples as needed
- Accurately document patient care and maintain medical records
- Help patients during mealtimes and coordinate dietary needs with clinical staff
- Maintain cleanliness and a safe environment in patient areas
- Respond to patient needs promptly promoting comfort and dignity
- Participate in AMS (Active Medical Staff) and QAPI (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement) initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic nursing care safety procedures and use of medical equipment
- Ability to provide compassionate effective care in a clinical setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and apply AMS practices
