About the role
Strong client relationships are meaningful to you. You enjoy playing a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills attention to detail and a positive demeanor to everything you do. As an Assistant Property Manager you will manage commercial buildings from operations and financial activities to managing meaningful relationships with our tenants and property owners. By handling service contracts supervising bid packages completing property inspections and making recommendations you can continually share your innovative ideas to improve how we manage our commercial properties.
You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners tenants vendors and contractors.
You respond promptly to tenants needs to meet lease obligations.
You support senior management by preparing regular ownership reports budgets and other reports as assigned.
You successfully lead all administrative tasks including work orders service requests rent and expense payments property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.
What Youll Bring:
Associate or Bachelors degree in business accounting real estate or a similar field.
Having your RPA is a strong asset
Two to four years of demonstrated ability in commercial real estate
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook MS Word MS Excel) and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi MRI etc.
Consistent track record of picking up different software quickly.
Experience with contract and leasing agreements preferred.
