Your Role as an Experienced Team Member
As a seasoned pro youll bring strong service skills and leadership potential to the table. Youll be:
- Leading by example setting the pace and supporting your teammates.
- Taking ownership of key stations - grill wrap dress bench floor or till.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences with confidence and efficiency.
- Assisting in training and mentoring new team members.
- Keeping the restaurant running smoothly with attention to detail.
What Were Looking For
Youve got experience in a customer-facing or kitchen role and are ready to step up. Were after someone who is:
