As a Salesforce Engineer youll design and develop Salesforce applications that support business goals. Youll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic supportive environment.

What Youll Do

• Build custom Salesforce applications using Apex Lightning Components and Visualforce
• Work with stakeholders to turn requirements into technical designs
• Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft
• Improve platform performance and automate processes using Flow Process Builder and Apex triggers
• Support testing and release activities to ensure stable deployments
• Provide technical support and maintain documentation for knowledge sharing

What Youll Bring

• Experience in Salesforce development (ideally 5 years) and administration (ideally 2 years)
• Skills in Apex Lightning Web Components SOQL and integration methods
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); Developer II and Architect certifications (a plus)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Git version control and DevOps practices
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support others
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business teams
