Supply Chain Leader

We are seeking a high-impact Supply Chain Leader to oversee replenishment customer collaboration and process improvement for the companys two largest customers Walmart and Sams Club. This role is with a fast-growing privately held food manufacturer a leader in fresh and perishable categories making significant investments in supply chain leadership to strengthen these critical partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and replenishment for Walmart and Sams ensuring top-tier KPI performance (fill rate OTIF in-stock deductions forecast accuracy)
• Manage inventory customer metrics and order execution from receipt to invoice
• Build trusted relationships with customer teams including replenishment planners merchants and buyers
• Leverage systems such as Retail Link Nova Scintilla GRS and Madrid 2.0 for data-driven planning and performance tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve forecast accuracy and operational execution
• Lead and develop a team of 45 supply chain professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Finance or related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in supply chain replenishment or customer service with Walmart and/or Sams Club
• Proficiency in Retail Link and related systems (Nova Scintilla GRS Madrid 2.0)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; comfortable managing large data sets
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience in perishable bakery dairy deli etc. preferred
