Job Summary
Doug Smith Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Spanish Fork is seeking an experienced auto parts delivery driver to join our team. The role of a Parts Driver is diverse involving the delivery and collection of automobile parts using trucks or vans. As a Parts Driver at Doug Smith CDJR Spanish Fork you will play a vital role in ensuring prompt and accurate delivery of auto parts to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver auto parts to customers on time
- Load and unload delivery vehicles
- Verify orders and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Adhere to safety standards and driving regulations
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Paying attention to detail and accuracy in delivery records

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Picks up loads and delivers parts and equipment
- Coordinates with team members for efficient deliveries
- Maintain delivery and pickup schedules
- Manages paperwork and customer interactions
- Handles truck maintenance and repairs
- Maintains professional appearance and habits
- Completes other assigned tasks
An employee must meet the physical demands described here to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
Physical demands include but are not limited to:
- Bending stretching standing reaching walking climbing and navigating stairs.
- Using physical and manual dexterity.
- Driving a vehicle safely. Getting in and out of the car multiple times a day.
- Lifting to 75 lbs.
- Using computers to look up and enter data.
