Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 1) to join the Mobility Surveillance and Bombers (MS&B) Integrated Planning and Scheduling team in Tukwila WA!

Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position along with the ability to build strong relationships collaborate in a cross-functional environment and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the preparation coordination scheduling and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Participates in maintaining analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
  • Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
  • Gathers organizes and provides data to maintain status of programs schedule customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
  • Supports the coordination and communication to ensure commitment to stakeholders.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Strong communication problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience utilizing scheduling systems and tools to create and maintain production schedules
  • Proficient utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Experience with Tableau Sharepoint and Excel
