- Inspire and mentor cross-functional teams cultivating a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex projects ensuring alignment with financial regulations data protection standards and seamless system integration.
- Develop and uphold data architecture standards reliability and governance frameworks.
- Influence senior stakeholders including CFO organization business heads and C-suite executives acting as a trusted advisor and transformation champion
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 10 years applied addition 5 years of experience leading technologists to manage anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning and analysis processes including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
- Experience implementing technology solutions for FP&A teams driving process automation and analytics.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 15-25 engineers data scientists and business analysts
- Proven track record as a transformation lead delivering mission-critical projects with budgets exceeding $10M and driving change across organizational boundaries
- Deep functional knowledge of finance and treasury products with experience in investment management.
- Strong background in data architecture cloud platforms (Databricks Snowflake Airflow) and analytics.
- Demonstrated experience with driver-based planning challenger models and AI/ML forecasting solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.
- Degree in Computer Science Engineering Mathematics or related technical field.
