Accounting Assistant
Join our team as a Part-time Accounting Assistant at our Corporate Office in Highland IL!

We are looking for a dedicated Accounting Assistant to join our team and help us maintain our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (A/P): Open and categorize payables enter into QuickBooks (QB) and ensure timely weekly payments according to terms. Document paid items and maintain organized filing systems. Resolve vendor invoice discrepancies promptly. Process and document requested patient refunds from billing.
Month-End Closing: Reconcile accounts process fund transfers and prepare account statements and reports for the monthly packet.
Accounts Receivable (A/R): Assist with A/R-related tasks as needed.
Reporting: Generate and process weekly/monthly financial reports for owners.

What it Takes:

Strong multitasking abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
Experience with Office 365 and QuickBooks is a plus
Trustworthy with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Range: $15.50 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Benefits:
No nights or weekendsMonday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Paid time off
