Your responsibilities:
- managing a portfolio of contracts by category
- preparing contracts gathering stakeholder input and using standard templates where possible
- maintaining the contract repository tracking milestones processing amendments and overseeing contract renewals or closeouts
- supporting negotiations by tracking changes aligning stakeholders and reviewing counterparty redlines
- collaborating with global and local business partners
Information about the squad:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our international procurement Poland Hubs team in support of the Global Procurement this position you will be responsible for preparing and drafting contracts supporting contract review and administration and managing a portfolio of contracts. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring effective contract lifecycle management within a global environment. You will receive full onboarding and training to help you succeed in your new role. Its a great opportunity to gain experience in procurement operations and contract management.
