Job Summary
Overview:The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that products and services meet established standards of quality including reliability usability and performance. This role involves developing and executing test plans identifying issues and working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Review and analyze system specifications.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to design and execute test plans.
- Identify document and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
- Ensure that final products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of testing procedures and results.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED preferred not required
Criminal record considered on case by case basis
Safety glasses and steel toed boots
Ability to lift up to 50lbs throughout the entire shift
Fast paced environment
Ability to stand walk bend and stoop
Ability to use hands to finger handle and feel
Specific vision abilities required for various jobs include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust and focus
Ability to understand and communicate (talk-read-hear) work instructions
