Were working with a well-established electrical contracting firm in the Nashville area that continues to grow through repeat business and long-term GC partnerships. The company is known for its integrity stability and commitment to high-quality work across commercial industrial and institutional projects.
Theyre looking to add an experienced Electrical Estimator to their team someone who can bring accuracy speed and a strategic mindset to the preconstruction process.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for commercial and industrial electrical projects
Review plans specs and addenda to determine project scope and requirements
Perform material and labor takeoffs using estimating software
Collaborate with project managers and field teams on bid strategy and cost control
Solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes
Participate in design-build and value-engineering efforts
Support ongoing project tracking and budgeting as needed
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the commercial/industrial sector
Strong understanding of NEC and construction documents
Proficiency with estimating software (Accubid Bluebeam or similar)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
Local or regional candidates preferred
