Job Skills / Requirements
Flex officers are exactly that. We are seeking individuals who can commit to 1st 2nd or 3rd shift and be flexible within the week and weekends to cover shifts that may become available.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities varies from each site.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be responsible and dependable
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security Integrity Communication Excellent Service and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation. Must not have any felonies.
- Must be able to obtain a DSPS Private Security Person license.
