Join our team as a Operations Officer Oceanfreight Export(m/f/d) and take responsibility for managing international and domestic sea freight shipments from A to Z. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with plenty of autonomy wed love to meet you.
Your Responsibilities
- Handling of sea freight shipments (LCL / FCL) from order receipt to invoicing
- Customer supplier and partner data management in the forwarding system
- Documentation and customs clearance
- Transport organization: pre-carriage main carriage on-carriage
- Cost control and claim handling
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education ideally in freight forwarding or logistics
- Excellent command of German and good to very good English skills (spoken & written)
- Confident in using MS Office (especially Excel Outlook Word)
- Reliable communicative and customer-oriented
- Comfortable working in an international environment
