Learn more about us as a workplace are now looking for a Specialist Customer Master Data to join our UPM Financial Operation. You will provide expertise of customer master data related solutions to stakeholders of UPM units in APAC and China support teams by having deep system and process knowledge of customer master data and contribute to the success of the whole team by ensuring high quality CMD maintenance on the position is located in Changshu China and will report to Iris Zou Senior Manager Customer Operations in Finance.

What you will do

Deliver accurate and on-time customer master data maintenance
Develop and implement customer master data processes templates and interfaces
Communication proactively in own responsibility area and collaborate with other organizations and stakeholders
Support and participate the LTC process overall and tool development projects
Perform and follow up actively on the compliance of defined internal controls in own responsible area
Complete any other tasks assigned by manager

Who you are

You have a Bachelors degree or professional qualification in finance or related area
You have a minimum of one year relevant work experience in customer master data and/or similar area
You have end-to-end order to cash process knowledge
You have good collaboration communication and team working spirit with flexible and positive attitude towards changing environment.
You have solution-oriented and problem solving mindset and the capability to understand and lead complexities
You have self-leadership skills taking initiative to develop skills in the Finance organization
You are fluent in both English and Chinese other language skills are an asset
You have a business mindset and good understanding of UPMs businesses and business environment
You have the ability and willingness to work in a cross-cultural environment
You have the ability and willingness to achieve own and teams targets and timelines
