Job Summary

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German (B2 and above).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
