Deine Aufgaben:
Unterstützung deutschsprachiger Kunden per Telefon Chat und E-Mail
Non-technischer Support und Kundenbetreuung
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team um Lösungen zu finden und Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen

Das bringst du mit:
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Kundenorientierung

Location: Sofia Bulgaria (onsite)
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:0021:00
Saturday: 09:0021:00
Sunday: 11:0019:00

Salary: BGN 2800/month Monthly performance bonus

What Youll Do:
Support German-speaking customers via phone chat and email
Provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care
Collaborate with the team to deliver solutions and ensure customer satisfaction

What You Need:
Fluent German and English
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Benefits:
