Your role

As estaras Client Service Coordinator you will work closely with our dedicated In-home and Community Support team focussing on our impact across Adelaide.

Day to day you will ensure clients consistently receive the level of support outlined in their service agreements by coordinating and managing their services in line with agreed outcomes and relevant legislative requirements. This includes overseeing the delivery of supports maintaining compliance with service agreements and addressing any gaps in service provision. Additionally provide ongoing direction guidance and support to Support Workers fostering the development of effective and well-trained teams equipped to meet client needs professionally and appropriately.

Your capabilities

Essential

  • Current working knowledge of the disability industry
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ability to empower and develop Support Workers

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications in disability community services nursing other relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
  • Knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements

Special conditions

  • Current South Australian full drivers licence is essential
  • DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months validity
  • Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
