The Role
The Head of Partnerships and Grants is the architect of Oxfams partnership and contract management strategy through establishing frameworks systems and standards that enhance program quality manage risk and enable Oxfam to deliver equitable and impactful programs. The role applies feminist decolonial and localisation principles to strengthen Oxfams partnerships ensuring they are mutually accountable and grounded in equity.
This role plays a key leadership role in representing Oxfam Australia to donors partners and external stakeholders influences strategic decision-making across the organisation and drives value-driven delivery across the international program portfolio. The position requires exceptional leadership technical expertise in grants and partnerships and the ability to influence and innovate in a rapidly changing global environment.
