Job Summary
Title: Registered Nurse- Adult Critical Care Unit (Part-Time Evenings)
Status: Part-Time (20 hours/week)
Location: Belle Mead NJ
Salary: $42.19 - $57.76 per hour (depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join the Adult Critical Care Unit on a part-time evening schedule. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

Schedule
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Shift: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
- Every other weekend is required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the Adult Critical Care Unit ensuring safe effective and compassionate treatment.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and allied health staff to support individualized patient care plans.
- Document assessments interventions and outcomes accurately and promptly.
- Act as a patient advocate ensuring dignity respect and high standards of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active NJ Registered Nurse License (must be maintained in good standing).
- BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (required within 60 days of hire).
- BSN degree in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years of hire.
- At least 6 months of prior nursing experience OR current enrollment in a nurse residency program.
