Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Trial Attorney with strong experience in personal injury (plaintiff) litigation to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling complex personal injury cases from intake through trial with the ability to manage a heavy caseload while delivering exceptional results for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of litigation including discovery depositions motions mediations and trials.

Develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice to clients.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings briefs and trial documents.

Negotiate settlements and prepare clients for mediation or court proceedings.

Represent clients in court demonstrating strong trial advocacy skills.

Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progression.
Qualifications
-
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar .

7 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience required; trial experience preferred.

Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong negotiation and courtroom presentation skills.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
