Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our G&A finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsibile for overseeing and managing the financial operations related to the companys General and Administrative functions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and variance analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning and analysis process for G&A expenses including budgeting forecasting and reporting
- Partner with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Analyze G&A expense trends and variances providing insights and recommendations to the business partners and senior management
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports related to G&A expenses.Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles with a focus on G&A expense management
- Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience working in Hyperion is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills
Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $104550 - 155100 USDand will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package.
