As an Analyst in the Consultant & Distributor Support team you will manage and enhance fund data for consultant sales initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure data accuracy. You will contribute to project management and support business growth opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Update consultant databases and websites with fund performance and characteristics.
- Review Due Diligence Questionnaires for accuracy and completeness.
- Add or modify products in databases by liaising with product teams.
- Respond promptly to consultants requests for customized data.
- Maintain high standards of data quality and report accuracy.
- Communicate effectively to ensure project success and adherence to controls.
- Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to review and challenge team outputs.
- Provide project management support for senior leadership.
- Document and design business rules and data models with SMEs.
- Assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance Science or Information Technology.
- Demonstrate 4 years of experience in asset management or financial services.
- Utilize Microsoft tools including Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint and Visio.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analyze and synthesize large data sets and business processes.
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Map and understand complex workflows and business processes.
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills:
- Apply knowledge of Excel Macros/VBA Python or Alteryx.
- Initiate creative solutions with a proactive attitude.
- Display strong work ethic and operational understanding across banking markets or sales.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams at all levels.
