The school is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for our Early Years classes who has a particular interest in child development and learning through play. Individuals must have enthusiasm drive and a passion for ensuring all children achieve their potential. The role will also include working with pupils either one-to-one or in small groups some of whom may have SEND. Qualifications in Paediatric First Aid are also desirable.

You will need to have:

• GCSE Grades AC in English and mathematics or equivalent
• recent relevant experience in working with children
• a childcare qualification (would be desirable)
• the ability to work effectively in a team and with a range of stakeholders.
• patience kindness with high expectations for children and staff.
