  • A degree in hotel management and at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Proficiency in Micros Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Hilton Antwerp Old Town is located in the iconic building of the former Grand Bazar du Bon Marché renowned for its unique architecture in the historic heart of Antwerp. Since its opening in 1993 the hotel offers 210 spacious rooms in a classic style including the prestigious Duplex Suite Royal Sinjoor.

Our brasserie Blend 32 welcomes guests from breakfast to dinner with refined dishes and addition the hotel features 15 meeting and banqueting rooms including the Belle Epoque Ballroom with a capacity of up to 1000 guests.

Your Role

As F&D Supervisor you are the driving force behind both our restaurant and banqueting department. You ensure smooth operations from setting up meeting rooms to serving coffee breaks and lunches. You are the go-to person for both the team and our guests and you know exactly how to make their experience seamless and stress-free.

A Day in Your Life at Hilton

  • You lead motivate and coach the operational team across all our F&D outlets fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • You create and monitor efficient schedules tailored to guest agreements and event requirements.
  • You ensure meeting and event spaces are set up accurately and on time.
  • You guarantee flawless service during coffee breaks lunches and other moments.
  • After events you oversee the clean-up and reset of the rooms in an organized manner.
  • You ensure compliance with all safety regulations including security HACCP and waste management.
  • You identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to enhancing the guest experience.
  • You welcome guests with a smile and handle questions or complaints professionally taking ownership and responsibility.
  • You build bridges between departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience your core responsibility.
  • You closely monitor inventory and orders ensuring smooth logistics.
  • You support your managers in achieving the departments financial goals.
