Development and Maintenance of Automation Systems Specialist

Participate in developing software for automating machine control processes across the Value Chain including raw materials production and customer interactions. This involves collaborating with the team to create digital technology for land animal feed.

- Schedule maintenance for the automated system developed by the Animal Feed Digital Technology Development Team.
- Devise a plan to enhance the automated system to align with the factorys supervision.
- Create a system for overseeing the processing of animal feed raw materials within the factorys jurisdiction.

Automation development work throughout the Value Chain (raw materials factory management):
1.1. Develop a plan to create an automatic control system across the Value Chain.
1.2. Enhance the automatic control system to alleviate the operators decision-making burden in machine operations.
1.3. Collect data from the automatic systems operations into a database for business analysis.
1.4. Establish a department-specific control system to enhance efficiency quality reduce work time and ensure high accuracy.
1.5. Create an automatic control system capable of self-starting to manage prioritize tasks and process various work orders. This includes optimizing the operation of the automatic control system for maximum efficiency.
1.6. Supervise and monitor progress to ensure operations align with the established plans and goals.
1.7. Oversee the maintenance of the automatic system.

-ปรญญาตรขนไปในสาขาวศวกรรมคอมพวเตอร วทยาการคอมพวเตอร เทคโนโลยสารสนเทศ วศวกรรมซอฟแวร หรอสาขาอนทเกยวของ
-Proficient in ladder programming
-Skilled in SQL Server management
-Experienced in programming for user communication using Visual Basic and SCADA
-Capable of designing and installing equipment and communication systems
-Proficient in sensor and electrical system maintenance
- Knowledge of machine control programming
- Knowledge of machine operating systems
- Knowledge of electrical systems for controlling machine
