Job Summary

Role: SDR
Location: Utrecht/Houten (hybrid)

Product: ERP platform for e-commerce businesses/wholesalers including AI features and integrations
Size and functions of local team: 4 FTE in Sales; planned expansion with 1 SDR and possibly a partner manager

Role description- SDR:

  • Outbound focus no fixed channel freedom to experiment

  • Tools used: Lemlist Clay Leadinfo

  • Target: 12 qualified meetings per month

  • Lead sources: internal database (6K ICPs) website activity whitepapers events partner network

  • CRM: migrating from Pipedrive to Hubspot

  • Autonomy in outreach strategy and tool usage

  • Familiarity with AI outreach tools (Lemlist Clay)

  • Interest in tooling data and signal-based sales

Salary range & secondary benefits:

  • 2800 - 3200 gross/month

  • Bonus/month for starters

  • Uncapped bonus structure

  • Commission on closed deals from sourced meetings

  • 25 holidays (1 extra after 2 years 2 extra after 5 years)

  • Company phone or 25/month phone allowance

  • Travel expense reimbursement

Hiring process:

  1. Initial interview with Sven (online or in-person)

  2. Second interview including case presentation at the office

  3. Final session with CEO Sven and HR (Ilona) preferably directly following round 2
