We are dedicated to providing the best in Quality looking for Customer Satisfaction ensuring the highest standards managed by discipline and overcoming expectations from customer. Focusing on prevention and providing a fast response to any concern.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

Primary interface between customer and manufacturing plant
Coordinate with the Quality Engineer the implementation of plant containment measures for quality issues reported by the customer.
Internally you will act as an expert in the specific requirements of the client related to the product process and expectations for everything related to quality.
Coordinate and ensure effective closure of all corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality problems.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED

Bachelors degree in engineering

Leadership proactive focused on results.

4 years working in the function within a manufacturingenvironment working in automotive industry.
Knowledge in customer portals (BMW Mercedes Nisan)

Strong knowledge in Core Tools IATF problem solving customer requirements.
Fluent English
