IT Business Partner

We are looking for a strategic IT Business Partner who can bridge IT and business driving alignment between technology initiatives and operational goals. You are analytical proactive and skilled at navigating complex organizational structures.

About the job

As an IT Business Partner you will strengthen collaboration and alignment between IT and business.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Participating in management meetings to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Leading innovation and AI initiatives providing guidance sparring on complexity and communicating the value of technology early.
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to streamline communication between IT and business units.
• Driving strategic IT initiatives and ensuring IT projects support business objectives.
• Guidance of business leaders in articulating and refining their technology needs to improve performance
• Support implementation of new technological projects and ensure their successful delivery

You will report to the CIO of Orifarm and become part of the Corporate IT department working closely with all Orifarm business units. IT is seen as an important strategic function in Orifarm and the CIO is a part of the Executive Management Group.

Who are you

You are an experienced professional with a strong mix of technical expertise and interpersonal skills able to drive IT initiatives while collaborating closely with business stakeholders. We imagine that you have proven experience with IT-business alignment digital transformation project management and technology driven innovation preferably including AI project.

Your profile includes:

• Masters degree in IT Business Engineering or a related field.
• 57 years of professional experience including at least 23 years in a strategic IT Business Partner IT strategy or cross-functional IT role.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture enterprise software and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills able to translate complex technical topics to business stakeholders.
• The ability to coach leaders and oversee projects
• Analytical and structured with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize.
• Proactive and collaborative able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• You are fluent in English. Danish proficiency is an advantage but not required.
