Job Summary
Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Internto join our team in Summer 2026. This role will gain real-world experience in managing the materials and logistics that power high-tech electronic production.
Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Intern you will support the operations and planning team with:
- Assisting in procurement of components and materials for PCBA production
- Working with vendors to confirm pricing lead times and delivery schedules
- Supporting inventory control materials planning and shortage mitigation activities
- Analyzing supplier performance and identifying improvement opportunities
- Helping coordinate logistics receiving and tracking of materials
- Assisting with ERP system updates BOM validations and data clean-up
- Participating in continuous improvement projects related to cost delivery and process efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Operations or related field
- Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP etc.)
- Interest in electronics manufacturing and component supply chains
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
- ITAR REQUIREMENTS- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157 or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158 or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
