Job Summary

Were looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Supply Chain Internto join our team in Summer 2026. This role will gain real-world experience in managing the materials and logistics that power high-tech electronic production.
Responsibilities
As a Supply Chain Intern you will support the operations and planning team with:
  • Assisting in procurement of components and materials for PCBA production
  • Working with vendors to confirm pricing lead times and delivery schedules
  • Supporting inventory control materials planning and shortage mitigation activities
  • Analyzing supplier performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Helping coordinate logistics receiving and tracking of materials
  • Assisting with ERP system updates BOM validations and data clean-up
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects related to cost delivery and process efficiency
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Operations or related field
  • Strong analytical organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP etc.)
  • Interest in electronics manufacturing and component supply chains
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • ITAR REQUIREMENTS- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157 or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158 or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
