We are seeking motivated and experienced professional who can effectively contribute to the role deliverables connected with position this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as:

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Delhi

Your contributions to organisations growth:

  • Lead sales & business development of the new compressors in the respective market segment.
    • Identify business potential in the respective segment through regular market scan.
    • Identify potential customers in the segment and develop relationship with existing & new
    • customers and ensure support from organization towards the customer satisfaction
    • Identify need of development of new product and improvements in the product.
    • To build Key accounts in the region by building strong relationship with customers
    • Analyze latest marketing trends and know your competition.
    • Focus on achieving sales forecast and growth plan across pan India.
    • Participation in seminars exhibitions to expand customer and market reach
    • Enlist the equipment with EPCM/PMC for Project specific vendors list.
    • Meet customer timelines with close coordination with application team
    • Commercial negotiations with customers
    • Regular feedback from the customers to identify improvement areas
    • Support project execution team to resolve critical issues with customers
    • Overall Regional Office administration within budgets ensuring regulatory and statutory compliances relating to ROs.
    • Segment Managers located at regions shall be first point of contact for the respective region.
    • Monitor and approve activity as applicable of executive regional office

Education/ experience / languages:

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with minimum 12 years experience in Sales MBA Marketing will be added advantage
  • Customer centric approach with good negotiation skills
  • Good Business Acumen
  • Knowledge of sales tools like CRM
  • Knowledge of reciprocating compressors or other Rotating equipment shall be an advantage
