Job Summary

Main Activities/Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for dispatching with accuracy the daily invoices by utilizing the available manpower
- Responsible for safe operation of activities such as Material loading / unloading from vehicle.
- Experience in making Invoice & E-Way bill etc.
- Unloading and verifying incoming shipments checking for damages or discrepancies and storing goods in designated areas.
- Accurately picking and packing orders ensuring they are labeled correctly and prepared for shipping
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels performing stock checks and identifying potential shortages or issues
- Safely operating forklifts pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment to move goods efficiently.
- Adhering to safety protocols maintaining a clean and organized work environment as per 5S standard and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Identifying and resolving any issues that arise during warehouse operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory shipments and other relevant information.
- Responsible for weekly monthly & annual stock count maintaining excels for accurate stock count entry in SAP
- Responsible to deliver Kaizen annual target
- Organizing the warehouse as per 5S standard ensure LIFO FIFO followed to avoid scrapping
- Responsible for submitting monthly dead stock with a plan to reduce it
Skills Required:-
- Knowledge of material Handling equipments such as Forklift Order picker
- Basic SAP T code knowledge for warehouse transactions
- Teamworking
- Knowledge of excel Ms Word
Work Arrangement : Hybrid
Pay Range: Rs - Rs per hour / annually
Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
Commission Eligible: This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
Other Compensation: This position is eligible to earn other compensation in the form of XX as governed by applicable plan documents and policies.
