Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights ActewAGL Retail is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Pricing Analytics and Regulatory team where your analytical expertise will help deliver trusted insights across a dynamic energy business. About the Role

As a Data Analyst youll play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Reporting to the Senior Energy Market Analyst youll deliver high-quality dashboards and analytics automate legacy reporting processes and support cross-functional projects that evolve with business needs.

A day in the life

Design develop and maintain dashboards that communicate insights across the business.
Deliver end-to-end analytics solutionsfrom scoping to deployment and support.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose.
Translate business needs into data solutions and uncover hidden insights.
Navigate complex legacy datasets and improve reporting efficiency.
Support broader data and transformation projects in a product owner capacity.

What Youll Bring

Tertiary qualifications in data science computer science statistics or equivalent experience (1218 months).
Strong skills in Power BI (PowerQuery & DAX) SQL Python and Excel.
Exposure to Spark Azure Databricks and Dynamics 365 is desirable.
Ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
A proactive resilient and adaptable mindset with strong analytical thinking.
