We are currently recruiting a permanentService Delivery Officerto join our team. This role has a preferred location of Parkes however Coffs Harbour will also be considered.
The Service Delivery Officer reports to the Branch Administration Coordinator and plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of administrative services across Essential Energys Network Services division.
The Service Delivery Officer provides operational and administrative support to internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring accurate and timely processing of information contractor claims and stakeholder reporting. This role is key to enabling efficient business operations and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
