Assistant Service Advisor/Cashier- Quirk Jeep

Service Center Responsibilities (as necessary)
Move cars from the designated customer drop off into and out of the shop safely
. Daily cash up
Receive and apply payment from customers
Providing excellent customer service
Providing excellent customer service
Maintaining the cleanliness of the service center area
Quality control in the drive thru
Support service advisors when necessary
Answering and routing phone calls
Interact with customers to assist in the customer experience
Maintain a clean organized and safe work area
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and listening skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
The ability to interact with customers managers and coworkers in a professional courteous manner.
Valid drivers license and insurable driving record are required.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and carry and transport up to 25 pounds up to 60 feet.
Requires standing for extended period of time with frequent stretching reaching walking and stooping pushing and/or pulling.
