Shift: 5th Shift 6:00 PM 6:00 AM

Were looking for a motivated Rough Finisher to join our 5th shift this hands-on role youll be responsible for finishing and refining metal castings used in critical components. What Youll Do
Perform belt and stone finishing on metal castings
Refine and remove visual imperfections to meet quality standards
Operate buffing equipment and perform gauging as required
Ensure dimensional accuracy using micrometers calipers dial indicators and other tools
Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer and company specifications
Accurately record daily work and follow routing instructions
Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment
Support team operations and take on additional tasks as needed
What Were Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or operator role
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to meet production deadlines and work with a sense of urgency
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive physically demanding tasks over extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-production environment
Capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
