Job Summary

Executive Opportunity Lead Industrial Services Across the Downstream Sector

Were seeking a proven executive to serve as Senior Vice President Industrial Services & Compliance Operations leading a large-scale division serving the refinery petrochemical and downstream energy markets.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping strategy driving operational excellence and delivering results across multi-site industrial service operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on executive who knows how to turn strategy into execution balancing performance safety and customer success in complex industrial environments.

In this role you will:

Lead a major division providing safety rental and compliance solutions for refining and petrochemical clients.
Oversee national operations P&L performance and long-term growth strategy.
Drive process standardization cost optimization and operational efficiency across service centers.
Strengthen partnerships with major energy customers while expanding market share.
Build and inspire high-performing teams grounded in accountability safety and continuous improvement.

You bring:

10 years of senior leadership in industrial services downstream operations or energy infrastructure.
Proven experience leading multi-site operations and managing full P&L.
Expertise in HSE compliance and turnaround/maintenance environments.
A track record of driving measurable results growth and organizational transformation.
