Job Summary
Our client in Henderson NC seeking a process Engineer
Duties:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment to improve performance and reliability.
- Lead process improvements and capital projects from concept through completion.
- Provide on-site support for troubleshooting during production and maintenance activities.
- Analyze data to identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
- Implement and support Lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Prepare process documentation procedures and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on new product introductions and process changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience required
- Minimum of bachelors degree and related manufacturing experience in engineering (metallurgical or mechanical).
- Ability to read analyze and interpret engineering documentation.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated experience in creative problem solving and implementing corrective actions
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
