The Externals Group are partnering with a well-established exterior contractor recognized for its high-quality roofing siding and gutter solutions across Central Indiana. Built on integrity teamwork and a commitment to excellence this company continues to expand and is seeking an experienced Roofing & Siding Production Manager to lead its operations team.

The Role:

As the Roofing & Siding Production Manager you will oversee all field operations ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards. Youll manage job intake scheduling materials subcontractors and customer communication - playing a vital role in maintaining efficiency safety and client satisfaction.

A Day in the Life:

Manage the transition of jobs from sales to production reviewing scopes contracts and materials.
Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for roofing and siding crews.
Coordinate timelines between sales production and customers to ensure smooth delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact during the production phase providing regular project updates.
Order and track materials while managing vendor relationships and ensuring cost efficiency.
Oversee subcontractors and field crews maintaining quality safety and adherence to company standards.
Conduct job site visits and final inspections to verify workmanship.
Lead regular safety meetings and provide training to production staff and crews.

What Youll Bring:

3 years of experience in roofing siding or exterior construction management ideally within a $10M contractor.
Proven leadership and organizational skills managing multiple crews simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of roofing and siding systems materials and building codes.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management or scheduling software.
Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools for estimates budgets and project tracking.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends during peak season.
