As a NetApp Solutions Engineer (SE)supporting U.S. Public Sector Federal Systems Integrators (FSIs) you will combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to design and deliver data-driven solutions that advance federal missions. Youll partner closely with integrators customers and NetApp teams to position NetApps Intelligent Data Infrastructure across complex multi-domain programs.
Job Requirements
- Partner with account executives and FSI leaders to develop technical strategiesthat expand NetApps presence and influence across programs and agencies.
- Architect and designhybrid multi-cloud solutions that integrate NetApp technologies with key ecosystem partners to meet customer mission outcomes.
- Advise and collaboratewith account teams and technical specialists to leverage broader NetApp and partner resources.
- Conduct customer engagements demos and proofs of concept guiding customers through solution validation and adoption.
- Build trusted relationships with customer engineering program management and technical decision-makers articulating the business and mission value of NetApp solutions.
- Represent NetApp at industry events partner briefings and customer meetings both in person and virtually.
- Provide technical mentorshipto peers and contribute to strategic pursuits and capture activities for large FSI programs

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience architecting or operating enterprise data infrastructure including storage cloud and data management platforms.
- Expertise in Artificial Intelligence Cyber Resiliency Data Security and IT Automation/Orchestration.
- Proven experience building on-premises and hybrid multi-cloud solutionsacross AWS Azure Google Cloud and/or classified environments.
- Familiarity with Federal Systems Integrators contract capture cycles and program delivery models.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust across technical and business stakeholders.
- Typically requires 10 yearsof relevant experience with a bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience).
- U.S. citizenship required; active Security Clearancepreferred.
- Preference for candidates residing in the Washington D.C. Metro Area.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 193800 - 250800 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidates location qualifications experience and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on On Target Earnings (OTE) representing the total potential earnings which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards reflecting a variety of factors and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance Life Insurance Retirement or Pension Plans Paid Time Off (PTO) various Leave options employee stock purchase plan and/or restricted stocks (RSUs). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws regulations and company policies.
