Sr. Master Data Specialist
Contract Employee York PA
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee data to ensure system access and time recording method
- Create and maintain custom company-specific labor levels pay rules work rules accrual profiles schedules
- Testing of new implementations or processes
- Accumulate analyze and document pay exceptions/corrections for submission to corporate payroll team
- Balance review and approve processed totals from corporate payroll team
- Provide audit and payroll support
Qualifications
- 3 years advanced Dayforce and or ADP database administration experience. Experience with payroll processing is an asset
- Experience with UKG preferred
- Experience with Success Factors preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong organizational and time/project management skills. Ability to prioritize assignments and meet dynamic deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proactive motivated results-oriented individual capable of working in a team environment and partnering with several areas within the division and corporate office.
- Strong communication skills including written verbal and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
