About the Role:

Digital Learning Representatives are responsible for developing sales pipelines for Wileys digital products. Working closely with their manager the Digital Learning Representative drives new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying sales targets. You will achieve a deep understanding of how to grow a sales territory by analyzing data and executing strategic selling campaigns.

How you will make an impact:

Prospect for new sales opportunities

Analyze marketing data

Call faculty during office hours

Collaborate with your manager to review status of opportunities and expansion opportunities.

Using Salesloft launch email campaigns and monitor effectiveness

Set up/book time with customers for product discussions

Proactively follow up with customers

Track all opportunity progress in

Review and scrape data from teaching schedules and bookstore websites

Provide adoption intelligence in

What we look for:

Undergraduate degree

0-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar function

Previous customer service sales support and tech product support exposure

Driven motivated and desire to excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management skills

Digital-savvy with app-based software solutions and business productivity suites (e.g. Office Google Docs etc)

Ability to learn and apply technical expertise with new and existing platforms

Coachable curious and eager to learn

Perseverance: Pursues everything with energy and drive especially in the face of resistance or setbacks

We are committed to fair transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wileys good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to geographic location skills and competencies.
