Job Description:

This position is the core technical position of product development. With continuous growth of combining theory with practice you will be involved in program development tool development algorithm application and other fields of Caterpillar the process of close collaboration with Caterpillars engineers you will gain a deeper understanding of the process of Caterpillars new products development and Caterpillars enterprise culture.

The major responsibilities will be included but not limited to the items as below:

• Conduct secondary development of simulation software to improve efficiency of existing simulation process;
• 对仿真软件程序进行二次开发从而对现有仿真流程进行改进和效率提升

• Participate in the development of in-house simulation tools;
• 参与企业内部仿真工具的开发

• Participate in the research and application of relevant algorithms;
• 参与相关算法的研究和应用

• Assist senior engineers in completing company innovation projects.
• 辅助资深工程师完成公司创新课题

Qualification Required:

Academic background:

研究背景

Min. Master in Computer Science Automation Automotive Engineering Engineering Mechanics or equivalent.

计算机科学自动化汽车工程工程力学或相同专业本科及以上学位

Competency Requirement

技能要求

• Familiar with at least one programming language such as Python C etc
• 熟悉至少一种编程语言如PythonC等

• Familiar with data structures and algorithms
• 熟悉数据结构和算法

• Proficient in writing GUI programs is a priority
• 能够熟练编写GUI程序的优先考虑

• Proficient use of mathematical function libraries is a priority
• 能够熟练使用数学函数库的优先考虑

• Priority given to being able to independently complete projects of a certain scale
• 能够独立完成一定规模项目的优先考虑

• Familiar with AI related algorithms is preferred
• 熟悉AI相关算法优先考虑

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• 有良好的沟通和团队合作能力
