Our Team Channel Technology and Sales Strategy is dedicated to driving sales effectiveness and organizational scalability at the intersection of systems people and processes. We continuously explore innovative solutions optimize sales processes and build strategic frameworks that empower our sales teams to operate at peak performance.
What Youll Do
As the Senior Strategy Manager you will report to the Manager of Revenue Operations bringing strategic thinking technical expertise and cross-functional leadership skills. Youll drive transformational initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness while building the technology foundation for our future growth. Youll work collaboratively with senior sales leadership enablement teams and cross-functional partners to optimize processes and ensure our sales engine operates at maximum efficiency.
Technology Strategy - Building the technology roadmap for our future
- Youll support the development of our technology roadmap that aligns with business outcomes in both short and long-term planning
- Youll build our technology adoption program to ensure we gain the right level of insights for business planning and execution
- Youll lead our Sales AI Co-Pilot program to embed agentic workflows using FUELiX
Process Optimization - Driving consistent behavior across all sales teams and channels
- Youll standardize workflows across sales teams (e.g. lead management sales stages)
- Youll implement sales process improvements to increase sales effectiveness (e.g. pipeline management deal boards forecasting deal reviews/QBRs)
- Youll work with sales enablement to ensure proper sales technology and process training is embedded into the sales rep journey
Cross-functional Leadership - Rally a large team around a collective vision
- Youll collaborate with sales enablement to enable critical training initiatives supported by our technology
- Youll partner with internal teams on in-year business cases for new licensing and tool
- Youll work with Finance and Marketing on annual planning cycles for SaaS OPEX funding
Qualifications
What You Bring
- You have 5 years of experience in sales operations sales strategy and/or GTM technology
- You have expertise in process optimization and backing recommendations with data analysis and business case development
- You possess technical acumen including Salesforce best practices technology implementation data analysis
- You are a compelling communicator who can influence across all organizational levels
- Youre collaborative and bring cross-functional teams together using strategic thinking and relationship building to drive outcomes
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients suppliers candidates external partners etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues internal partners stakeholders etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this positions main responsibilities given its international scope.
