The Project Manager New Facilities & Property is responsible end-to-end delivery of new site identification and establishment including fit-outs and capital builds across all RASA properties and infrastructure. This role has a strong emphasis on project management overseeing budgets project schedules forecasting and ensuring property projects are delivered on time within scope and to quality standards.

Youll work with architects consultants and contractors to turn community-service spaces into welcoming functional environments that reflect RASAs values and support our vital work with families and individuals.
This is a client-side role for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with practical delivery: transforming a vision on paper into real spaces where people connect heal and grow.
Youre an organised and proactive project professional who thrives on variety and problem-solving. You can read a floor plan manage timelines and budgets and communicate clearly with both trades and executives. Youre curious about how people use spaces and want to see your work make a difference.
This role would suit:
- An architecture or interior design graduate seeking to build client-side project experience or
- Aproperty / project coordinator with exposure to leasing fit-outs or refurbishments or
- Afast learner with excellent communication and organisation skills whos ready to grow.
Youll bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Property Architecture Engineering or Business (or equivalent experience).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- A practical understanding of how design construction and operations connect.
- A solutions-focused mindset strong attention to detail and genuine interest in RASAs community mission.
- Lead the end-to-end project management process for new site identification acquisition design fit-out establishment and major refurbishments ensuring delivery on time within budget and aligned with RASAs strategic objectives.
- Develop and manage project schedules resources and risks for all property-related initiatives ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage all lease negotiations renewals new lease agreements and associated compliance including maintenance planning and execution.
- Ensure all buildings meet essential service maintenance requirements and WHS compliance actively managing property-related risks insurance coverage and deficiency rectification protocols.
- Develop and manage strategic supplier contracts for all major property services leading vendor selection negotiation and performance management.
- Act as a key point of contact for executive leadership on property-related projects providing regular reports and project updates.
- Engage in effective and senior-level interaction and negotiation with service providers regulatory authorities government bodies and internal stakeholders on project and operational goals.
