A snapshot of your role

You will shape this role and make it your own going beyond traditional executive support. Bring your ideas and initiative to define how you have an impact with key responsibilities to include:

  • Managing the CEOs calendar inbox and communications and supporting Board meetings papers and correspondence to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Getting involved in projects and operational tasks helping to drive key initiatives forward and keep things on track from start to finish.

  • Keeping the Melbourne office humming by handling day-to-day operations making the workspace welcoming and supporting team events and logistics.

  • Building strong relationships supporting engagement activities to foster a positive inclusive culture.

Youll spend most of your time working alongside our team in the Melbourne office giving you the chance to build strong relationships collaborate face-to-face and support our frontline teas.
