Job Summary

As a Product Owner in the Risk Model Implementation & Reporting Delivery domain youll lead the designdevelopment and continuous improvement of customer-centric solutions that support regulatory and risk-relatedinitiatives. Youll also be responsible for translating complex business and regulatory requirements into actionabledelivery plans ensuring alignment with customer experience strategies and driving cross-functional collaborationacross data risk product and technology teams. Additionally youll play a pivotal role in delivering high-impactoutcomes in areas such as model implementation and regulatory reporting.

What youll do
What youll do
- Own and apply 1st Line of Defense risk practices to ensure financial and non-financial risks are identifiedassessed and mitigated across delivery processes.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of risk models (e.g. credit market operational) ensuring robust governancevalidation and integration with core systems.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of regulatory reports (e.g. ARF Vortex DAR) embedding controls andautomation where possible.
- Collaborate with Tribes Chapters COEs and support functions to align on priorities resolve delivery risksand ensure transparency across initiatives.
- Identify and implement enhancements to processes data flows and tooling to improve delivery efficiencydata quality and user experience.
- Develop and propose own performance objectives; take appropriate actions to ensure achievement ofagreed objectives using the organizations performance management systems to improve personalperformance.
What were looking for
- Demonstrated depth of experience in the fundamentals of at least one core pillar of Product Ownership i.e.product management risk management delivery expertise.
- Fluency in all Microsoft Office tools particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in a customer environment where the customer needs are at the heart of the propositiondevelopment.
- Tertiary qualifications at Bachelor Degree or higher.
