Job Summary
MFL Teacher Lead Advanced Spanish Language Acquisition and Secure High Grades in A-Level Translation and Orals Essex
A high-achieving academic secondary school in Essexis seeking an experienced and fluent MFL Teacher (Spanish) with a focus on advanced language acquisition and A-Level leadership from January 2026.
- MFL Teacher (Spanish) required from January 2026
- Essex-based school with a strong tradition of academic excellence in languages.
- Ideal for a teacher with native or near-native fluency in Spanish and expertise in advanced oral examination preparation.
You will teach Spanish across KS3-KS5 with a significant leadership role in the KS5 curriculum. The role includes planning and leading lessons focused on deep linguistic knowledge Hispanic cultural competence and complex translation skills at A-Level.
Experience and Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Spanish or MFL.
- Proven track record of achieving high grades at A-Level Spanish.
- Expertise in preparing students for competitive university language courses.
- Willingness to organize and lead international school trips or exchanges.
