We are looking for an Activity Leader to join our team.

As an Activity Leader youll play a pivotal role in enriching our students experience beyond the classroom. You will be responsible for organising and leading a variety of engaging activities and excursions that complement our language programmes and provide valuable cultural insights. Whether its exploring Cambridges iconic landmarks taking students punting or bowling or delivering a range of creative in-house activities you will ensure our students have unforgettable experiences that enhance their language learning journey. You may be required to work evening and weekends.

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferably within the education or language learning sector.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Enthusiasm for cultural exchange and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their language learning goals.

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Every year Kaplan International Languages(KIL) helps students from various countries to develop and improve their English language skills.
